All NewFlow orders are shipped directly from our international warehouses, primarily located in China.
Delivery may take 15 to 60 days, depending on international logistics, customs clearance, and local postal services.

The official and valid delivery timeframe is up to 60 days.
Tracking information is provided via email as soon as the order is processed.
You may request a return within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories.
We cannot accept returns for intimate items, cosmetics, food, or personalized products.
Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3 business days.
Refund applies only to the product value (shipping costs are non-refundable).

For dissatisfaction returns, 30% of the paid amount will be retained to cover operational and handling costs.
The refund will correspond to the remaining 70%, once the process is completed.
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Provide photos or videos clearly showing the defect
If required, we may request the return of the item

You may choose a replacement, exchange, or a full refund, including shipping.
Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Defective or incorrect items: NewFlow covers the return shipping cost.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refund or store credit issuance: up to 3 business days after inspection
